Adele announces indefinite break from music.

Adele, 16 time Grammy winner just announced recently in a radio interview which she did in July that she would be taking a long break from music.

She revealed that she would be stepping away from music to focus on family and other creative things . Her Las Vegas residency launched at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in November 2022 and she would have done 100 shows by the time it ends this November.

She said the experience had been emotionally draining. “My tank is quite empty at the minute,” she told German broadcaster ZDF ahead of a 10-date residency in Munich.

“I don’t have any plans for new music at all,” she said.

“I want a big break after all this and I think I want to do other creative things just for a little while.

“You know, I don’t even sing at home at all. How strange is that?”

“Even though it’s a very manageable size of crowd, it’s really been an emotional exchange,” she said.

“I’m sure I’ll feel even more like [that] every night after the shows in Munich. But it’s a positive thing. It’s just such an exchange of energy.”

“I just don’t think I’m gonna write an album for quite some time, but next time I do, I’ll come to wherever it is you live,” she told one audience in January.

Adele Laurie Blue Adkins is one of the world’s best-selling music artists, with sales of over 120 million records worldwide. She is the best-selling female artist of the 21st century in the UK and she was also named the best-selling artist of the 2010s in the US.

Her albums 21 and 25 were the top two best-selling albums of the 2010s in the UK and both are listed among the best-selling albums in UK chart history, while in the US both are certified Diamond.

Adele who is known for her beautiful vocals and melodious and soulful tunes will be dearly missed in the music space and we wish her all the best as she takes a much needed and deserved break after blessing us for so many years with such beautiful music.
