Nollywood suffers a big hit as Yoruba actor Yusuf Olorungbebe passes on.

The Nollywood actor Yusuf Olorungbebe was said to be battling a chronic ailment before he passed away.

Yusuf’s death was announced on Wednesday morning by popular actress Foluke Daramola on Instagram. She posted ”We lost YUSUF OLORUNGBEBE. We submit to God’s will. Thank you everyone.

Earlier before his demise Mr Olorungbebe appealed to well meaning Nigerians, the government and his colleagues to assist him as he required millions of Naira for his treatment and to aid his recovery .

Few days ago, Foluke Daramola also called on good hearted Nigerians to help gather around and provide financial support to the late veteran due to his failing health.

She wrote, ”l’m here again to plea on behalf of my very esteemed colleague and production manager, Mr Yusuf Olorungbebe, this is his state as of today presently on life support. Please no amount is too small for him to live, your support will go a very long way in helping us thanks so much everyone”.
